THE NEW ENGLAND TEAMSTERS & TRUCKING INDUSTRY PENSION FUND

SUBJECT: Pension Interviews – Pension Field Representative, Larry
Fleury
Arrangements have been made with the Pension Fund to have a Field Representative
available to answer questions if a member is planning on filing for
their Pension.
Members can call the Local Union 443 Office for an appointment
time. When you call be prepared to provide your full name,
social security, and telephone number. Your spouse should accompany
you to the interview.
Appointment times are limited, the tentative dates are:
January 18, 2008 July 18, 2008
February 22, 2008 August 22, 2008
March 21, 2008 September 19, 2008
April 18, 2008 October 24, 2008
May 23, 2008 November 21, 2008
June 20, 2008 December 19, 2008
** If Filing you should bring the following:
BIRTH CERTIFICATES (HUSBAND & WIFE IF MARRIED), MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
Other forms of acceptable identification would be:
VISA, BAPTISMAL RECORDS, PASSPORT, ARMED FORCES PAPERS NATURALIZATION
